GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Studiobloomly
Article 1 – Definitions
Entrepreneur: Studiobloomly, located in Stadskanaal, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 42017441.
Customer: the natural person who makes a purchase from the entrepreneur.
Agreement: the purchase agreement between the entrepreneur and the customer.
Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Offer and Products
The entrepreneur sells silk flowers, bouquets, and home accessories.
All products are displayed as accurately as possible.

Deviations in color, size, or finish are possible due to:
screen settings
handicraft
material usage
Handmade products are unique and may differ slightly from photos.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods.
The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
Article 5 – Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
The entrepreneur aims to ship orders within 2 business days.
The maximum statutory delivery period is 30 days.
The entrepreneur is not liable for delays by the delivery service.
Incorrectly provided address details are at the risk of the customer.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The customer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for return:
Product is unused
In original packaging
Not damaged
The costs for return shipment are for the customer's account.
Article 7 – Exceptions to the Right of Return
Returns are not possible for:
Custom-made or personalized products
Bouquets specially composed at the customer's request
Article 8 – Damage and Complaints
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via studiobloomly@hotmail.com
Include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
The entrepreneur will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Article 9 – Liability

The entrepreneur is not liable for damage caused by:
incorrect use
normal wear and tear
falling or breaking of products
Home accessories (such as vases) are fragile and should be used carefully.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as delays by suppliers or delivery services), the entrepreneur may postpone delivery.
The customer will be informed of this in a timely manner.
Article 11 – Privacy
Personal data will only be used for processing orders.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless necessary for the execution of the agreement.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
